Busier than a one-legged man at the China Hut	Mar 30th, 2002
As if all that cashew chicken-gazing hasn't been done ten thousand times before. Better. By someone else. Shaplier chickens, even if only by cosmetic surgery. More informative dishes, even if they are only informed by better inbreeding and higher-priced fortune cookies. In short, anyone who eats there will be marked by all the arrows in his back.

Kudos to the China Hut	Jan 17th, 2002
The food, the service and the environment at the China Hut were all top flight. Marc Kovac couldn't have crafted a better experience. The Mongolian beef is highly recommended. I'm told that it's the oldest Chinese restaurant in Cass County, Iowa. It certainly is the best.
