I've been here a few of times. The food is above average, but not spectacular. The prices are fair. The setting is nice, but the place is a bit noisy. There's a brisk takeout business at dinner time so there's lots of people coming in and out of the place. The waiters are okay, minimal language barrier, but once we waited longer than we expected for a meal.
