I have been a loyal fan of the Lotus Blossom for many years now and have found that the restaurant garners a loyal crowd around the area. The management is always friendly and lively and they treat you with good service and great food. I like the way the place is set up in a colonial type house, you would never have known it was a restaurant. Good food and well worth the price, be sure to come visit. It is high and above the rest of its competition. |

Zagat's rates Lotus Blossom one of the top 5 Chinese restaurants in the Boston area, and the only one outside of Chinatown.
The food is a tasty, largely Cantonese menu. We had the General Gao's chicken, which was very good, and the vegetarian Moo Shi, which was also very good. The waiter rolled up the Moo Shi pancakes for us at the table, which was a good-- if unnecessary-- bit of service.
The converted house hints little of the slightly over-wrought modern decor inside. |
