This is a pretty good place that offers late night dining, both Chinese & Japanese cuisine, an authentic Chinese menu, and ample seating. The Japanese fare is fairly average, but the Chinese selections tend to be good. Seafood is a specialty, as there are tanks of lobsters (sometimes offered at a bargain price) as you walk in. I wouldn't call the place outstanding by the relatively high Rockville standards, but it's at very least consistent.
