Mandarin has a sterling reputation as one of the finest chinese restaurants in Utah. They have crisp, clean, fresh tasting food, and a pleasant environment. On the downside, the Mandarin restaurant's reputation is not a secret, so there is almost always a long wait. But, if you have the time, you should try their excellent food! |

The food is good, but not worth the price. The ambiance is nice but the tables in the main area are too close together and it's crowded, but it is beautifully decorated. They don't accept reservations for small parties (less than 8-ish), so the wait can be close to an hour. I'd say try it at least once. |
