When I drove into Colfax, Washington on my way to Spokane for a nice little trip, I was starving. I never expected to find such a fantastic place in the backend of Washington! Colfax, being a mildly busy big-little town, has some good business due to travel between Pullman and Spokane. When I stopped at Eddy's after a growling stomach told me that it had to eat, I was delighted. Chinese food in a superb manner. I decided to order a number six, consisting mainly of Almond Chicken and Eggrolls, with some rice on the side. Ordering my coffee, I sat down at a pleasant little booth and gave this friendly man my menu. I waited a moderate amount of time, but that was no problem. After settling in, my first bite was delectable! The greens in the eggroll tantalized my taste buds, and the hot piping feeling truly made my brain cry with glee. The almond chicken was great too, with a good and quaint white sauce over chicken with a bread-like crust. As I took a bite of the steaming hot rice, I sighed with happiness.
As I left the restaraunt with a full stomach, I knew I was ready for the long day at Spokane. A Must-See! |
